Koon Easter Bash 2011

For Easter this year we all met at Granny Great's. She couldn't come out and play with us, but she knew we were there and we all got a chance for a quick visit with her. We cooked hot dogs and hamburgers, had salads and pickles, ate chips, and visited. We had an Easter egg hunt in the apple orchard and everyone got involved. The weather was finally nice and it was a fun day. We missed all of those who couldn't make it this year.

Granny Great

We sluffed church and went to visit Granny Great. Haegen went on a walk with Uncle Harvey and found a ziplock bag full of shells. Uncle Kip gave the girls more bottles of the jam they all made last summer. Hunter vacuumed the floors. We had a great visit. Grandma did really well and we left when she started to feel tired. Grandma is 90 years old. We love her and love to visit her.

Hunter's 15th Birthday

For Hunter's 15th birthday, her friend took time off work to come and visit. He brought his horse with him. Clancy was nice enough to give the kids rides and let them pet his horse. It was freezing, but fun!!

The BIG Welcome Home Lunch!!

On Sunday we got to go to Grandpa and Grandma's church and listen to them speak about their mission and the things they learned there. We had lunch afterwards at the Senior Citizen's Center. A lot of our family showed up and we had a great visit.
